The teen center is a home away
from home for me. Most of my friends come here so it makes it easier
for me to see them on a regular basis. Just about everything you need
can be found in one place: pool tables, other games and entertainment.
Staff members and volunteers offer homework assistance and one-on-one
help if you need it. This helps me to keep my grades up.

I come to the teen
center because I do my homework, and I also come to play pool, darts
and other games.

I come to the teen center to see
friends, get help with my homework, but most of all to do something
positive with my time. It helps me to stay out of trouble.

Ms. Fuchs' face every day. She is very sweet and kind. I love her with
all my heart because she takes her time to open up the teen center for
all her friends.

I come to the Teen
Center to hang out with my friends and play games. I think the Boys
and Girls Club Teen Center is a very positive place for kids.

I go to the Teen Center because
it's a positive place for me to be. At the Teen Center I get help with
my homework. I even get a reward for doing it. We get coupons for snacks
and drinks. That encourages me to want to keep up with my work. Also
there are games to play. They have a pool table, and a foos ball table.
We also have a playstation and a TV to watch movies on. We have a
computer room also which gives me the access to the internet. I am in
the Keystone Club. This gives me a lot of opportunity to help out the
community. Also the Teen Center lets me show my talent for singing.
